The All In: Student Pathways Forward podcast focuses on elevating higher education learner and worker voices along with those of college and workforce executive leaders, policy experts and other advocates to shape learner-centered policies, practice and partnerships. Hosted by accomplished workforce development and higher education leader Marc Goldberg, the podcast has been a unique strategy and platform to center the voices of modern learners, including working, parenting, first-generation, immigrant, and adult education students — those whose voices are less frequently heard by policymakers.

Meet Marc

Marc Goldberg is currently the Principal at Skills Strategy Consulting after over thirteen years serving as an associate vice president, dean and director at Portland Community College, Mt. Hood Community College, and Clackamas Community College in Oregon leading workforce development and CTE programs and partnerships. 

Marc’s consulting work builds on his vast community college experience overseeing various programs, partnerships and initiatives. He has successfully led and delivered on multiple college strategic planning projects and designed and provided national, state, and local technical assistance to improve college access, retention, holistic supports, and connection to careers. He is a sought after facilitator, gifted at engaging students, college staff and faculty, workforce, human service, employer, and community partners and synthesizing their input into practical solutions. 

Marc received the National Skills Coalition Messenger award in 2024 for his community college and workforce storytelling and advocacy work via the All In: Student Pathways Forward podcast. He is passionate about the transformative impact of community colleges and is currently focused on projects that amplify learner voices to shape inclusive policies and programs.
