Women Leading the Way in Advanced Technology
Join NCATC for “Amplifying Student Voices: Women Leading the Way in Advanced Technology,” a student panel spotlighting women pursuing and succeeding in IT/cybersecurity, aerospace manufacturing technology, welding, and apprenticeship pathways.
Moderated by Marc Goldberg of Skills Strategy Consulting, this conversation will give industry and community college leaders direct insight into the lived experiences, barriers, strengths, and supports that help students persist in advanced technology programs and move into high-demand careers.
Attendees will leave with practical perspectives on how student voice can strengthen workforce-aligned programs, expand opportunity, and build the next generation of technical talent.
